Our Appraisers
Our team holds the highest designations in the appraisal profession. Combined, they bring over a century of real-world valuation experience across Virginia's most diverse markets.
Mark earned his MBA from Virginia Tech and his MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute in 2001. A leader in the profession — he served as President of the Virginia Commonwealth Chapter of the Appraisal Institute in 2008.
Jim is a Virginia Tech graduate with a B.S. in Agricultural Economics. He earned his MAI designation in 1977 and has been a cornerstone of the appraisal community for decades — including serving as President of the Blue Ridge Chapter in 1982.
Ray earned his B.S. in Business Management from East Tennessee State University. He has been appraising residential properties since 1975 — bringing a depth of hands-on market knowledge that is unmatched in the region.
